<p>Improvement Club, Dayna&#8217;s first feature film and a semi-fictionalized  adaptation of the making of Gloria&#8217;s Cause, is in post-production! The  film was shot by Benjamin Kasulke in August and September in Seattle and  on the Key Peninsula of Puget Sound. Editor Sean Donavan is hard at  work editing the film and cut this <a href="http://vimeo.com/31577516">trailer</a>.</p>

<p>Between December 2010 and April 2011 Dayna  traveled back and forth to Austin, TX four times, choreographing dances for the Rude Mechs’ new cowboy musical, <a href="http://www.fuseboxfestival.com/events/details/200-i%5C%27veneverbeensohappy" target="_blank">I’ve Never Been So Happy</a>, which was presented during the <a href="http://www.fuseboxfestival.com/" target="_blank">FuseBox Festiva</a>l in April. With words by Kirk Lynn and music by Peter Stopchinski, the play premiered at Center Theatre Group&#8217;s <a href="http://www.centertheatregroup.org/tickets/productiondetail.aspx?id=15944" target="_blank">Kirk Douglas Theatre</a> in Los Angeles in October 2011.</p>

<p>Through the support of over 70 people, Dayna surpassed her first fundraising goal, raising more than $5,000 to support the  script development phase of Improvement Club, the film adaptation of Gloria&#8217;s Cause and Dayna&#8217;s major work for 2011.
